A classic light coloured, hoppy flavoured Pale Ale with addition of NZ Green Bullet and Pacific Gem hops at the boil provides a moderate bitterness to this beer.

Brew with Black Rock Light Unhopped Malt Extract, or combine 2 cans of Pale Ale for a more powerful hop aroma and bitterness.

Try brewing this recipe with a specialty US ale yeast like Lalbrew BRY-97 American West Coast Ale Yeast or Safale US-05.

Dry yeast sachet located under the cap and detailed brewing instructions are provided on the back of the tin.
